I finished the baby dress I was crocheting except for the button on the back. It is so pretty. About time!
I have started cross stitching Heb. 13:2. I have had the pattern for many years but just now getting around to cross stitching it.

I come to FR for the news articles. I have no inclination to converse with people who are obsessed with immigration and have no respect for those who disagree with them. I am sick of them and their bashing of everything and everybody that disagees with anything they think. This is about the only thread I can bare anymore. People are civil and respectful to one another whether they agree or not.

Why do moderators allow the crazies to turn every thread into a Bush bashing immigration thread???? What is so difficult about telling to take it to an immigration thread or give them the boot. There are good people who have quit posting because of these morons.

Although, I too, am baffled as to even the big picture "whys" about "the I word," lately. I know I'm a patriot, the radio stations I listen to have always been helpful to what is Right with the world; and my husband is not a vigilante.
I still am grateful that our President is our President. When I think of what he goes through on a daily basis and the decisions he's had to make so far....I think he's done an excellent job....except for this ONE issue ;-)
Our economy is strong, our lives are pretty safe, our taxes are pretty low, and we weathered quite a bit in 6 years as a Nation. You don't do all that without great leadership....and good 'ol fashion faith in "The Big Guy" guiding you.

I moderate several sites and the one thing I demand is civility and respect for others. I don’t tolerate the kind of behavior that I have seen on FR.
I have come here at all hours and these posters must stay up all night since I have seen them late at night and early in the morning. I think some just want to cause trouble on this site. They need to go back to DU or that other site. I am just thankful that Jim had the vision to start this when he did. We need to tell him thanks every chance we get. So, thank you so very much, Jim. Where would we be without you and your vision?
I’m just glad the mods protect this thread and the other cornerstone threads on FR. I try to ignore the rest.
