It is something like Woodstock. It is held in someone’s pasture. It is called Bonnars and is near Manchester, TN. They are expecting 100,000 people. An article in the paper said traffic was bumper to bumper on I24. Not my cup of tea, thank you very much.

I have not seen a list of who the performers are. The website is:
www.bonnaroo.com
If anyone lives near there and love crowds, it might be something to check out.

I have some good friends named Hollins. Their family changed their name when a British ancestor named Holinshead had his head cut off. But I believe it happened in the sixteenth century, probably good old Henry VIII.

President Bush visits the Boys and Girls Club of South Central Kansas in Wichita, Kan., Friday, June 15, 2007.
President Bush: I have come to this fantastic facility to, first of all, thank the people that have supported the programs that exist here. I like the idea of mentors reaching out to children to set good examples and to encourage them to achieve big goals in life. And that's what happens here in this Boys and Girls Club in Wichita. This is a place where dreams are fostered, skills are given so that people can realize their dreams. This is a community based program -- it gets some help from the government, but it gets a lot of help from the local community. And I think it's very important for the people of Wichita to support a program such as this -- after all, we can change our country one heart and one soul at a time. And I'm really pleased to be here. It's a beautiful facility full of beautiful people.

Hi, Kath :)
Free Republic is now no better then Democratic Underground.
I can't tell the difference in some of the comments that have been posted lately, that's for sure.
But I still love FR.

This area is more than a foot under the amt. we usually get. They have even issued a save water warning. If we do not start to get any, I will go out and water my poor veggies and flowers.
