Today is the first time I heard there were no plans to check on who was leaving the Country and that we would be less secure on the borders not more so with this bill.

There is not one thing in the bill that you could laughingly call enforcement that doesn't have a waiver.I mean the amendment they pass that gave amnesty to all the crooks, ms13, etc. had a sentence in it that said no information obtained during the z visa(shamnesty) process could be given to or used by law enforcement of any kind including the IRS.

Senator Sessions is clearly a bigot and a racist who inexplicibly refuses to submit to the will of his superiors in the Senate and continues to espouse the nonsense that he represents the people of his State. Reactionaries like this have to be dealt with, and quickly. If he and others of his ilk are allowed to spew this garbage, then the Senate will be changed forever. Our only hope is that Ted Kennedy and Lindsay Graham will get this evil doer under control.

I know and was shocked to learn it this afternoon while on the phone. Our border security would be worse not better with this bill and we are supposed to roll over and say we want it because the President says it is a good bill.

Excuse me but the devil really is in the details of this travesty and the details scare a lot of us.

Build the fence, put up a virtual fence with techolnology and then start rounding up and deporting because if you deport now they will be back in less than 24 hours. They don’t even keep track of the students on visas which need to be tracked as much as anyone. I am also sick and tired ALL illegals from ALL different countries not just from Mexico. I want them all accounted for. Here illegally they are breaking the law including students whose visas have expired.

I just copied this post and am emailing it to everybody I know. If I, as a LEGAL citizen, have to pay taxes, and am not eligible for out of state tuition, then a d*** lawbreaker shouldn’t be. What — break the law and get rewarded?

He didn’t even get to the lack of enforcement against those who decide to not even bother with the zvisa. Since I think that is over 50% of the illegals, now you will have illegals who are made legal (who will never pat the fine), Plus illegals who won’t even bother to get a zvisa and will therefore be “Illegal Illegals!!”
