>>>Here’s a thought - be a little more discriminating about which strange men holding video cameras you choose to strip for.<<<
Better yet, they should have kept their knickers on...
CHA CHING!
“According to the lawsuit, the cameramen then coerced the women into exposing themselves and engaging in sexual activities,”
The lawsuit should be thrown out. Anybody stupid enough to take off clothes in front of perfect strangers with cameras or video cameras shouldn’t be able to get damages. Especially when it was on the bus of someone known for selling images of naked women. You shouldn’t get paid just for being stupid. Alas in this country that works. Look at that woman who got millions for burning herself with coffee. Or look at the GM of the Atlanta Hawks.
How did these broads make it this far?
The first pervert with a rapist van and a bag of candy should have carted them off long ago.
Bingo,
There is going to be no end of woman who regret doing this when they have teenage kids..
“Girls Gone Litigious!”
They were promised a T-shirt...
Mark
I agree, but I’m not going to waste any breath defending the scumbag who produces these vids. I’m not an anti-porn crusader and I abhor censorship of any kind, but this guy is an a-hole with some very questionable business practices, and karma can be a real bitch.
Naw. That makes too much sense and would actually hold people accountable for their actions. We can’t have any of that!
This guy is screwed. In addition to the federal tax evasion charges, he is getting sued by multiple groups of women, and faces all kinds of contempt issues.
These two are apparently just trying to cash in on the gravy train. They will probably lose.
However, the others could land him in jail, since some of the girls in the videos are underage...Not just under drinking age like these two.
Not sure how it will all go down, but profiting off underage pornography is a whole lot different than what is alleged here.
I have a feeling this guys will spend most of the rest of his 30s in the pokey....
Can they prove they got drunk at the hands of the “Girl Gone Wild” folks?
If there is a signed consent or consent shown on film, it probably will show smiles.
I think this is an attempted pile on, and though I think the owner is scum, this lawsuit should go nowhere.
Slacks off; sacks on!
Yeah..That's it. Not their fault.
