I could be mistaken, but I don't think you can use exemptions to get out of SS taxes.

I'm talking income taxes, not medicare and FICA. Also, fine, let them use your number, you're liable for the extra income taxes, all you gotta do is make one little call to the IRS and it's all cleared up right? They don't keep sending you bills, adding fines and such? So EASY to take care of. On top of that, they use your good credit and SS # to get a credit card, I'm sure one little call will take care of that little problem as well. Surely wouldn't ruin your credit when they use that credit card, run it up, don't pay. All you gotta do is call the credit agencies and say "it wasn't me" and it will all be taken care of.

I find it ironic your home page shows "Darwin Central" as a link, quite amusing I think.

Not if you did not knowingly give you SS# to someone.

Actually I did have the California Franchise Tax Board attach my wages once for 50 thousand dollars that I was not responsible for. I had it taken care of in one phone call over lunch. The CFTB are bulldogs compared to the IRS.

How so? What does that have to do with immigration?
