It happens when I use a contraction, and then Spell Check. When I used “didn’t” yesterday, Spell Check singled out “didn” and gave me a bunch of possibilities,. None of which included “didn’t.”
Maybe that was the plan,? Who has 65 million? Maybe, he wants to put them out of business.
He is suing as a citizen; his occupation is currently an administrative law judge.
At all other times he is an idiot.
If in those pants was a small piece of paper with the number for your Swiss Bank account, wouldn’t you be upset?
Can these people counter-sue to recoup all of their legal expenses PLUS? I would think the emotional distress on this couple could be grounds to counter-sue.
LOL, redundant and superfluous
I don’t even know what to say. Just damn.
Most who serve as their own counsel have a fool for a client.
And an ass for counsel.
Did they find you in a bathtub full of ice with your organs missing?
They can countersue but it doesn’t sound like this guy has any money to speak of, and he’s about to be unemployed, and after all this publicity he’d be lucky to land a job bagging fried at McDonald’s. Suing him would just rack up more legal bills for them and leave them with a huge never-to-be-paid damage award. Frankly I think the couple has a better case to sue the District of Columbia for damages, for allowing this travesty to ever see the inside of a courtroom.
This is something right out of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It seems like something Master Shake would do.
Now... where did I leave my thinkin' pants...
I posted about my love of those Cotton Dockers ads on a related thread. “Pants pants pants pants pants pants....”
You slurred your kids???? : - )
“This Gentleman needs a swift kick in the pants.....oh, he doesn’t have them. Never mind.”
Yes, he does. But they have cuffs on them now.
He claims he doesn’t like cuffs.....so they must not be his pants.....thus the lawsuit.
LOL!
Greta just interviewed the defense attorney.....
Greta: “He cried yesterday?”
Defense attorney (representing Korean dry cleaners): “Yes, he cried yesterday. Judge Pearson broke down on the stand yesterday.”
Greta: “This is costing the taxpayers a lot of money.”
Nuff said........
