A few months ago, I went into a mom & pop grocery store in Erath (You know where that is if you lived in Delcambre). While I was at the counter a kid walked in with sagging pants and half of his a$$ showing. The elderly owner didn’t miss a beat. She said “Get out of here dressed like that. I don’t want to see the crack of your a$$. I’m calling your mother and don’t come back until you’re dressed.” Then she promptly got on the phone and called the mother.

Neither. Anti-civilization forces cannot nullify anti-civilization forces.

Whatever you do, don’t picture in your minds eye Rossie O’Donnell in a string bikini.

You don’t deal with these wanna-be’s in baggy pants by passing laws and ordinaces - you do it by laughing hysterically at them like I do.

I like the low-hung pants. It makes it easier for the cops to catch the perps!

And to think that this all started by issuing one-size-fits-all pants to prisoners in the L.A. County jail years ago and then, after the integration riots between blacks and latinos the guards took away all the prisoners belts. Should've given them overalls.

May have been...I don’t get to E-Rat too often. Just stopped in for a “power snack”: Red Bull and cracklins.

"You dont deal with these wanna-bes in baggy pants by passing laws and ordinaces - you do it by laughing hysterically at them like I do." As someone with an in-between waist size in a world of computer cut jeans, I do hear the 'laughing hysterically part' fairly often - usually from Nortette.
But I resent the 'wanna-be' label.

True story: when I was living in Brooklyn, I saw some kid with these baggy pants (and a white du-rag, a la Latin Kings), running across 86th Street. Just as he got to the other side, his pants came down and he fell flat on his face.
