MONTGOMERY, Ala., June 9, 2007 -- Senator Charles Bishop (R- Jasper) had some things he wanted to say Saturday morning about the way the Senate functions and what happened in the Senate on Thursday. Following is the senator's statement to wsfa.com:
...........
"NO, you can't have senators going around striking things, but see Senator Barron is used to cussing people. He called our senator, lady senator, Republican senator, he called her a bitch, a damn bitch."
.................
But this guy's got a long history of cussing people and expecting them to bow down to him."

I have personally met a drunk and rude mouth Barron... it is not a pretty sight..
Also of note... This Barron controls all of the bills in Senate by controling what is presented on each day. He has more power than the governor and doesn't play fair. Needless to say the "punch" made my desktop picture on my computer. Senator Barron appoliged for calling the lady senator a "B" only because it became somewhat newsworthy, but never learned his lesson. Hopefully ole Charles put some memory in that last punch.
Nice form on that jab.
It really is! This photograph suggests a good, hard straight-on punch, well landed.
He may need to get hit again and again.Good job Senator Bishop. Sounds like the guy had it coming.
Yeah, not bad for a 69y/o fellow.
The video shows it was a hummer of a punch too.
