I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you on this one.
The Harry Potter series are the only wildly popular children's books that cover the battle between Good and Evil, from the side favoring Good!
There is some good that comes out of these kinds of threads. Whenever I read one of the “Harry Potter is evil” posts I have more incentive to write my own fantasy story in hopes that some day I can see the naysayers on a thread about my book.
Let me clarify. They are not to be taken as seriously as the people who claim they are “stories of the occult” take them.
