To celebrate the (temporary?) demise of shamnesty, heres open-borders shill Juan Williams tearing a page from the Bush/Chavez/Chertoff songbook and serenading Mark Steyn with a little quasi-racial demagoguery. He should have at least followed out his own logic, taken it the whole nine yards, and accused him of being a self-hating immigrant.

Click the link to watch the video. This is one of Juan Williams's stupidest moments, although he has had a LOT of stupid ones.

Yeah I saw that. I also noticed that Colmes imposes a statute of limitations on illegal immigration.

Well,
most of the 9/11 hijackers were here legally...

Hazleton. Carolton. Oklahoma. Without federal intervention, the illegals are being sent home now. No bill needed.
Juan Williams leaves out things that are inconvenient to his desired outcome.
I believe that that fact is why the Dems and Rinos tried to cram this through so very quickly. They are panicking.

Williwms doesn’t even know that the black caucus split with the Hispanics over this today. With black unemployment at 8% why should they want amnesty? If the R’s would follow this with a prominent effort to match available jobs with willing American workers, they would hit a home run with the Reagan democrats.

Nope, he was dead wrong. There is an alternative and it is enforcing existing laws. Security FIRST, normalization SECOND.

Nope, he was dead wrong. No, YOU'RE wrong. The 9/11 terrorists entered this country legally. Juan was 100% right.

Juan Williams made some of the weakest, most pathetic arguments in favor of amnesty that I have ever seen. Once Steyn pointed out how stupid he was, Juan calls him anti-immigrant. Mark Steyn is an immigrant.
Now what was he right on exactly?

Are you denying it's the truth? Are you saying that the fact that as many as nine of the nineteen 9/11 hijackers may have been here illegally is an argument for looser immigration standards?

They overstayed their visas. The USA was attacked on 9-11 by illegal aliens.
To: Jorge
No, YOU'RE wrong. The 9/11 terrorists entered this country legally. Juan was 100% right. I see you are using the weasel words "entered this country". How many of them were in the country legally on the day they flew those airplanes into those buildings?
Lots of illegal immigrants entered the country legally. They just did not follow the law or leave when they were supposed to.
