Now the vote has changed and another Sen. has a motion to reconsider ... calling vote again? What is going on. Is every Sen who was on the loosing side able to call for a new motion to reconsider????
That is my understanding of the senate rules. I am not sure if that applies to cloture and/or the real vote after cloture.
I am thinking that the democrats will make minuscule moves to accept smaller GOP amendments, until both parties find one that they can agree with.
Don’t rule out the idea that this thing passes in the end.
Reid now wants to come back later after doing some arm twisting and deals in the back rooms!!!!
