It deserves a fair and open debate of all ramifications. To do otherwise is unamerican.

They’ll vote to continue debate. They have some fragile deals they have to cobble together to get enough votes to pass anything They need time.

Keep up the pressure and be sure to tell them exactly why you don’t like the bill.

A Democrat staffer on the House side told me this evening that they hope the bill dies in the Senate. They don’t want to deal with it. It’s radioactive and they already know everyone hates it, because they are already hearing about it.

Good. I have been calling my Congressional Rep and telling him the House should be telling the Senate that the bill stinks and they don’t want any part of it. In theory that makes no difference, but in fact I’m sure it does.

We conservatives need to get over some of our corporation love and realize that the unionist Democrats are right — this bogus bill is being driven by corporate interests trying to keep wages down.
