Is there a greater penalty for crossing state lines?
FOX has put the ‘breaking news’ banner up again. The edits were flying when I clicked on, changing before my eyes.

"Is there a greater penalty for crossing state lines?" There can be additional (Federal) charges bought against him.

swift justice for the monster who did this.
Her Father is a cop, and was wearing a S.W.A.T. t-shirt sunday night when interviewed.....if the creep resists just a little bit when they find him.....cops take care of their own, and regard this girl as their own.

Yes. From what I understand, and what I've established, he could conceivably be tried for crimes in a KS court, a MO court and a Federal Court. (i.e., the respective states would not have jurisdiction over, or be able to charge for any crimes which involved interstate travel/flight or even conceivably any interstate communications he may have made prior to, or after the crime.)
I just hope the dirtbag responsible gets his nuts cut off and stuffed down his throat. I really don't care which jurisdiction takes care of it.

Police know who he is and since he has a long criminal history I’m sure they’ll post the mug soon but I wouldn’t want to speculate on that guy even though I can’t stand his taste of music.
