Being unscripted makes it worse, these are Bush's true feelings

Bingo! I'll bet labeling the Minuteman volunteers as "...vigilantes..." was another 'unscripted' moment...

"You are quoted in the article..."

Actually it is a reply to me.

Bush Takes On Opponents of Immigration Deal (On Drudge)

Why have I cared that liberals not attempt to impeach this man? He’s gone crazy.

Also, the NY Times quote read, "Another visitor, Anti-Bubba182, wrote, "Why have I cared that liberals not attempt to impeach this man? He’s gone crazy.""

Now it reads, " Another visitor wrote, “Why have I cared that liberals not attempt to impeach this man? He’s gone crazy.”"

Trust the Times to cover their mistakes.

BDS reigns, Savage told his listeners the President would put them in camps, Noonan says “revolt”, and Sowell is advocating a military coup.

LOL, good grief, thank god their are some sane Americans left, of course the NYT would never "report" on anyone sane.

Every time I hear him screech, “this ain’t amnesty!” I think, “If he honestly believes that, he is dumb as a rock. But....if he doesn’t believe what he is saying, he has a real good chance of unseating Clinton as head of the liars club.

Either way, he was still our best option in 2000 and 2004. Not in the primaries, but in what was left running after the party conventions.

I'll call for the impeachment of Kennedy and his resignation. Why don't you or savage call for their resignations or heads like Savage calls for Bush's head is what I meant . And you come up with a technical legal argument that picks at my statements like a trial lawyer. Kennedy has done more damage to this country than anyone.Kennedy's been involved in every Amnesty and 3rd world immigration bill since 1965. And this is Kennedy's bill too. Before 1965 most immigrants were from Europe and they became Americanized.Since when does congress follow the constitution? Is McCain-Feingold,dept of education, this $3 trillion annual federal budget, constitutional? You can say anything you want to. We still have freedom of speech.

Elect Republican Duncan Hunter or Republican Tom Tancredo as president and they will stop illegal immigration and this 3rd world invasin.

I find it interesting that the White House admits coming onto websites like ours to convince us that this bill is a good idea. I thought I smelled a whiff o’ the Potomac on a few posters here lately.

Won’t work, White House. Bush has earned our contempt, not our trust, on this issue.

>>Such sentiments have reverberated through talk radio, conservative publications like National Review and Fox News. They have also appeared on Web sites including RedState.com and FreeRepublic.com...<<

With CNN reporting that 49% of the base is unhappy with the three front runners Freep was really just ahead of the curve.

Both parties in Congress are lined up with their hands out accepting campaign donations (legal bribes) from companies anxious to hire illegal aliens. That is what this 'guest worker' program is all about. Savage has attacked and is attacking Pelosi, Boxer, Fenistein and Hillary on a daily basis. He is one of the few that called Feinstein a slimy "war profiteer." Nobody in Congress spoke out about Feinstein's making a profit from companies she supported in contracts. Not one word from the Rinos. Kennedy has been wrong about everything for over twenty years. Why bring his name up?

I grant you, Savage is an entertainer. He is paid to entertain and rabble rouse. But he was throwing a fit over Bush abandoning his conservative base. He quoted Peggy Noonan at length on Friday. It is clear to me that Noonan is pretty much fed up with GWB. As am I and hundreds of other that post on FR. Savage applauds Tom Tancredo; he has been a guest on his radio show many times.

Politicos vote with whoever stuffs money into their pockets. The same companies that want to grant amnesty to Mexican border jumpers want to ship all the jobs overseas. I do not support anybody that would vote for this amnesty bill. I live in Oregon, and my voice is drowned out by millions of rats and lemmings here. Almost 50% of eligible voters do not even bother to register anymore. Most people have plain given up on voting. The parties pick the candidates. With voting machines, their is no paper trail. Garbage in, garbage out.

Ridiculous. I have listened to Savage for three years. He is too self centered, and thinks he is better than he is. BUT he is certainly not a liberal. He criticizes Pelosi and Kennedy all the time. He just realizes that Bush is selling this country down the river. Savage sure has alot of passion for someone who’s conservatism is only an act. I find him to be very anti-communist. And furthermore, I have never heard him agree with raising the min. wage, in fact just the opposite, i have heard him criticize win. wage a few times. And, he has taken actions. He helped stop the Dubai ports take over, he sends money for the defense of court-martialed marines, etc.

Honestly, did anyone really think he wouldn’t be as balls-out attacking his own kind by saying if you don’t agree with me you’re not doing what’s right for America? That’s EXACTLY how he’s run the war the last 2-3 years...that is the only way he knows how to persuade...not by facts but by BS rhetoric...and that’s really really sad.

Presidential aides said later that Mr. Bush did not mean to impugn anyone’s patriotism, and that he had ad-libbed the line during a passionate address on an issue he holds dear.

There is no doubt in my mind that he meant to impugn our patriotism because of other remarks he has made about us. He's not half as passionate about granting amnesty as we are to stopping it from happening. So much so that I would like to see the traitor impeached! Along with Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Arlen Specter, Ted Kennedy, Mel Martinez and any other traitor who is selling America down the river. I'll tell ya what's a real shame. That ANY Republican is going along with this insanity!

Why would a conservative donate money to liberal pro-illegal Jerry Brown. Savage did. Now you explain it. Why do you care about defending this liberal hack named Savage? You want People to believe that a san francisco, ex-hippie,"ex communistt", Berkely liberal who bashes the GOP much more than Democrats, who donated to Jerry brown, is for gun control ,and is for the minimum wage is really a conservative and not a liberal putting on act to make money? What a laugh.

LINK It's Long Past Time For Sane Conservatives to Distance Themselves From Michael Alan Weiner, Who Goes By The Stagename "Michael Savage" Facts and Undeniable Truths About Mr. Weiner

* On April 18, 2007, at approximately 25 minutes into the second hour of his show, Weiner stated: "WE NEED TO STOP FUNDING THE WAR IN IRAQ AND START FUNDING THE WAR ON OUR STREETS". That's an exact quote. Weiner was apparently referring to homeless "scum" (his term).

* On April 17, 2007, at approximately 45 minutes into the 1st hour of his show, Weiner said the shooting (at Virginia Tech) indicates our Gun laws are too lax.

* Like Rachel Maddox on Air America, Weiner used the Virginia Tech shooting to attack President Bush throughout the 1st hour of his show on April 17th, 2007

* On April 17, 2007, at approximately 20 minutes into the 3rd hour of his show, Weiner admitted he did not recognize the name Ken Blackwell.

* On April 17, 2007, at approximately 28 minutes into the 3rd hour of his show, Weiner attacked President Bush for not mentioning Jesus Christ when he spoke at Virginia Tech Convocation.

* Throughout his April 16 show (the day of the Virginia Tech shooting), Weiner used the massacre to repeatedly attack President Bush and Homeland Secretary Chertoff for their lack of leadership. Weiner never explained what he expected the President or the Secretary to do in the wake of the school shooting.

* During the first 30 minutes of his April 16, 2007 show, Weiner called Prime Minister Blair "Tony the Coward".

* Also during the first 30 minutes of his April 16, 2007 show, Weiner called the Republicans running for President in 2008 "empty-suits". Weiner singled out Mayor Rudolph Giuliani by name.

* On April 16, 2007, at approximately 50 minutes into the 3rd hour of his show, Weiner claimed that Rudolph Giuliani "wants to make America like New York". Weiner offered no proof or evidence for this assertion.

* Calls for the impeachment of G.W. Bush

* Weiner actually did support his Congresswoman, Madame Pelosi, when she met with the Murderer Assad before he was against her meeting with Assad.

* Weiner hates President Bush, except when he loves President Bush.

* In the middle of his April 4, 2007 show, Weiner threw a fit and suddenly was off the air even though he had ninety minutes left.

* On his Nov 20, 2006 show, Weiner hosted a love-in with Charlie Rangel.

* On his Nov 17, 2006 show, Weiner played a clip from some Israeli pot smokers and then extrapolated from this clip that all of Israel have become drug addicts.

* On his Nov 17, 2006 show, Weiner said that drug addicts should be executed.

* Weiner advocates cutting and running in Iraq.

* Weiner claims he hates San Francisco; yet, he continues to live there. (What's that about?)

* Provides money to a moonbat AG candidate in a border state

* Twice hosted Chuck Schumer in a blatant attempt to damage the GOP Senate Campaign during an election year.

* Routinely calls our fellow Americans morons and idiots

* Like his brethern on Air America, Weiner thinks multinational corporations conspire with each other

* Like his brethern on Air America, Weiner thinks the oil companies conspire with each other

* Supports the minimum wage

* Like his brethern on Air America, Weiner h ates Conservative icons like Rush Limbaugh

* Attacks other Conservatives more than Liberals

* Spews hatred and vile towards our Commander in Chief during a time of war

* Claims to be a sort of "Patton" on the War on Terror, but when the Israelis started bombing Lebanon, he turned into Cindy Sheehan

* Routinely asks callers a question, then ignores their answer and continues on maniacal rant.

* Called Cheney a liar, and said he didn't believe a word he says, ever.

* Called Bush a liar.

* Said the war in Iraq is purely for profit, get this, so that Haliburton can make money.

* Said there's no difference between the GOP and Dems.

* Called Rick Santorum "Sanitarium", and an idiot.

* Said he deserves most of the credit for the ports deal not going through, and since the GOP didn't give him credit, he won't support them in any way.

* Said it won't be so bad if Dems take over, outside of some minor social changes, nothing else will really change.

* Called this a broken nation with corrupt leadership, making fun of Bush, and his rationale for the war on terror, and war in Iraq.

* Called the GOP "the corrupt, war-mongering GOP"...

* He had a caller who said he was livid with the GOP, but since the Dems are much worse, he pleaded with Savage's listeners to get out and vote... With each sentence, Savage shouted him down.

* He believes that the Clintons and Bush family have developed some sort of consortium and political syndicate together. For the next several years, they will stiff-arm the rest of the political world and alternate family members to the Presidency. Hillary is next, then followed by Jeb. .

If you are a man ages 18 through 25 and living in the U.S., then you must register with Selective Service. It’s the law. You can register at any U.S. Post Office and do not need a social security number. When you do obtain a social security number, let Selective Service know. Provide a copy of your new social security number card; being sure to include your complete name, date of birth, Selective Service registration number, and current mailing address; and mail to the Selective Service System, P.O. Box 94636, Palatine, IL 60094-4636.

Check this out from the amnesty bill:

Sec. 701. Waiver of Requirement for Fingerprints for Members of the Armed Forces. Notwithstanding any other provision of law or any regulation, for aliens currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces overseas and applying for naturalization from overseas, the Secretary of Defense shall provide in a form designated by the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall use the fingerprints provided by the Secretary of Defense for such individuals, if the individual - (a) may be naturalized pursuant to section 328 or 329 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1439 or 1440); (b) was fingerprinted in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary of Defense at the time the individual enlisted in the Armed Forces; and (c) submits the application to become a naturalized citizen of the United States not later than 12 months after the date the applicant is fingerprinted.
