ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Virginia Department of Transportation spokesperson Joan Morris says so far, officials have disinterred “several dozen” graves.
“We weren’t aware of the notes or the threats,” Morris says.
Morris says it is possible that more graves will have to be moved during the project.”
