There has been a sharp decline in contributions from RNC phone solicitations, another fired staffer said, reporting that many former donors flatly refuse to give more money to the national party if Mr. Bush and the Senate Republicans insist on supporting what these angry contributors call "amnesty" for illegal aliens. "Everyone donor in 50 states we reached has been angry, especially in the last month and a half, and for 99 percent of them immigration is the No. 1 issue," said the former employee.

You got that right! I knew as soon as President Bush appointed Gutierrez (or whatever his name is) and Martinez, this amnesty thing was coming.

>>“Any assertion that overall donations have gone down is patently false,” Miss Schmitt said.””

Says it all.

Individual contirbution losses outpaced by increased bribe-flows from corporate interests to profit off Bush’s wage depression “growth” policies.

That’s why Kyl, Lott, etc. can hold on to voting their country club received wisdom on immigration and not worry about what the little people think.<<

Bingo!

We need some real reform.

There’s also a petition at the Hunter site regarding the immigration bill that I would encourage everyone to “sign”.

Perfect time to hire the illegals for the jobs that most Americans can't succeed at...ehehehehe. "We need your greenbacks amigos for the party of El Presidente Jorge Buuuush".... that would be hilarious.

You are right, this IS an American problem and we better figure out a solution. But, as I`ve said all afternoon, we better realize that we aren`t the only ones at this table and asolution is going to involve some compromise. I sometimes wonder if those in the Black and White World really do want illegals stopped.

“Don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll replace those solicitors with some half-priced “undocumented workers” raising money for the RNC that the lazy Americans won’t.”

LOL. There goes more jobs Americans won’t do.

They couldn’t get a clue if they lived on a clue farm and clues were in season.

Here's another one:

They couldn't find a clue, if a clue was their ass and both their hands were tied behind their back.

The mail contributions must be way down also.

I just received another one of the RNC's glossy pleas and I fired off the answer in today's mail.

That glowing missile you saw streaking over your house today contained the fiery notes I scribbled all over the solicitation form.

I've been doing this to the RNC letters for a couple of years. I really let 'em have it. And this time, I didn't put my own postage stamp on as I usually do, I'm so angry, LOL.

DOWN with chairman Martinez, the Administration, the RNC and all the turncoat, treasonous GOP leaders selling out our precious country for a mess of pottage con pollo.

Boy, am I ticked!

” So they don’t hear what we say, but they hear the sound of checkbooks just fine, or used to. “

Yeah. The checkbook is the one way before an election to get your point across.

The BIG voice of vote totaling comes a little late. They can look back at their losses and see they screwed up. By then it’s too late to fix the problem. They’d have to wait until the next election cycle, and by then they’re out of power.

Did any of you listen ALL OF THE WAY thru the soundwave on post 81?

It is very long. If not, you have to go to the very last two soundbites of the track she has of Bush. He is literally drunk. His speech is totally slurred.

Please, if you did not play it to the end you will be shocked!!!

“Why wasn’t “Miss Schmidt” asked, “What is the RNC going to do to make up the shortfall that will happen since you’re not going to solicit by phone any more?”

She propably would not say it, but she propably thinks who needs the money from small, grassroots donors, after all contributions from big businesses who will benefit from cheap labor are contributing like mad.

I’m guessing so, de meanr.

The Immigration Fiasco has finally closed off the spigot in my wallet for contributions.

Got a call from the RNC asking for $$$ this morning after a dental appointment. Hung up about halfway into the caller’s spiel.

Jack.

There are major portions of the country that don`t think we should kick them out.

That's a load, you spilled.

Name some major portions..... And don't be naming Santa Ana, CA, or Chula Vista, CA...either.

In fact, put it on the ballot in any state and it will lose and lose big.

Now if that's a fact I'm Babe Ruth....LOL!!

I got a call a couple of days ago from the Republican Senate committee and told them to get lost.

Me too. I even told them I would be contacting my bank to have my prior donation refunded, citing product fraud (selling conservatism and delivering liberalism).
