WASHINGTON A powerful think tank chaired by former Sen. Sam Nunn and guided by trustees including Richard Armitage, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Harold Brown, William Cohen and Henry Kissinger, is in the final stages of preparing a report to the White House and U.S. Congress on the benefits of integrating the U.S., Mexico and Canada into one political, economic and security bloc.
The final report, published in English, Spanish and French, is scheduled for submission to all three governments by Sept. 30, according to the Center for Strategic & International Studies.

I think the basis of what the judge is saying is just that the people in the non-state territories do not have representation in Congress. Their U.S. citizenship gives them legal freedom (they are protected by the law), but not political freedom (they have no say in writing the law).
I do think that the closer government is to the people, the better. Our government feels a lot farther away than King George III lately. However, if I had to be a Californian first and an American second, I would have to move to another state.
Keep in mind, this is all coming out before the ‘08 elections, I’d say its worth quite a bit, timing is everything.
As to losing the country, to a great degree that happened years ago when a few good men in the Senate forsook their sworn duty and failed to act after the House impeached a sitting President.
It’s like coming out of a fog....
Oh, but were all “kooks” to think that a NAU was on it’s way! That’s what we’ve been told the last couple years...*cough*Medved*cough*
It’s funny how i look at these cheerleaders now...couldn’t imagine the attitude i have...oh let’s say just 2 or 3 years ago.... :(
PING . . .
Another edict coming down the pike from the puppet masters through their more visible socialist/communist/globalist stooges . . .
I’m sure Shrillery is just itching to be QUEEN of NORTHAM.
God have mercy on us.
We have work to do to keep her out of the White House.
You're absolutely right, I haven't thought of that.

To a degree, yes. This is total capitulation of the United States of America.

Alliance for the Separation of School & State

Love this...
Government schools never sought the permission of parents to educate children. Instead, they used force to secure their audience. As is only natural, the arrogance of the state and its contempt for parents has grown with the years. SO ALSO HAS ITS POWER OVER SOCIETY. (my caps)
Parents give up their rights when their children cross the threshold of the public school door. This was recently made crystal clear by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
When a few parents in Palmdale, California learned that their childrens school had permitted researchers to interview first, third and fifth grade students about such things as sexual urges and fantasies, they became outraged and took the matter to court.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case and concluded that when parents place their children in a public school, they forfeit any right to determine what or how their children are taught. The school may teach anything it wishes in any way it wishes. It may allow researchers, special interests, social activists, and anyone else it chooses access to students. The courts decision confirmed earlier court opinions.
Our society has become a slave to the state by virtue of government-controlled schools. Children suffer, parents feel helpless, and scores of good educators feel trapped in a system that never should have existed in the first place.
As long as schools remain in the stranglehold of state control, there is no type of reform or good-hearted group that can fix our education crisis (See The Case for Separation).
And this gem...
The ultimate irony may be that today’s educators cry tolerance and diversity when public schools were originally instituted to wipe these things out, to make one homogenous, think-alike (even if they couldn’t make them look alike) herd of citizens. School founders objected to and even feared the “unusual” cultural and religious backgrounds of so many immigrant children.
Today’s public schools are no better on the diversity front just slightly different. In the past, it was the western European cultures that were celebrated and the others looked upon with suspicion and disdain. Today, the situation is reversed in many schools. Tolerance and acceptance of all cultures is something that has never existed in government schools. Likewise on the religious and moral front.
Tolerance is not what public schools teach they teach preference preference for some cultures over others, for some beliefs over others. The ideas that are preferred change with the political and social winds. The lack of equity never changes.
You are absolutely right. Every single one of our elite political class is in it together. Sure, their personalities and charisma may be different and give people the illusion that they are better than the others, but so what? Their ultimate goals all seem to be very similar; the means by which they want drag us there is our only real choice.
I can't be sure, but it reads like it.
And big government’s current preference seems to be rounding us up in the same corral to better send us to the slaughter.
I now think that the conservatives biggest mistake was not making George W a one termer like his father.
Introduction
In 1978, Trilaterals Over Washington revealed the global strategy of the Trilateral Commission and it's co-founders David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski. Brzezinski, in particular, provided the intellectual reasoning and political strategy for the "New International Economic Order".
Brzezinski was also an astute political operator. He is credited as the first person to take interest in Jimmy Carter, to mentor him in globalism starting in 1973 when Carter was chosen to be part of the Trilateral Commission. Upon Carter's election victory in 1976, Brzezinski was appointed National Security Advisor. By the end of 1976, Carter had appointed no less than 19 members of the Trilateral Commission to high-ranking government positions. These 19 members represented just under 20% of the entire U.S. delegation of the Trilateral Commission.
The stage was now set for their power to become permanently embedded. Each successive Administration has been disproportionally dominated by members of the Trilateral Commission: George H.W. Bush, William Jefferson Clinton, Richard B. Cheney. Each administration filled top posts from the Trilateral Commission. Think-tanks connected to the Trilateral Commission cranked out volumes of studies that droned on and on about the New International Economic Order and the need for political change.
Looking backward to Brzezinski, however, is necessary because he most clearly and lucidly embodied the heart and soul of the rush to globalism. He created the watershed that initiated the plundering of America and the buildup of the global corporate elite. This issue intends to quantify the extent of this plundering.
The article.

Interesting paragraph.
To summarize then, the real plundering of America started with the founding of the Trilateral Commission in 1973 and the consolidation of power in 1976 with the dominance of the Carter Administration. When one begins to see the pattern emerging, many unanswered questions start to clear up. Why does President George Bush so pointedly want to eliminate the U.S./Mexican border? Why the stampede to outsource American jobs, even to the hurt of our own citizens? Why do people around the world intuitively hate the World Trade Organization, NAFTA and CAFTA? (The last question suggests that the U.S. is not the only nation-state being plundered these days.) Nations are financially disintegrating while global corporations grow fantastically richer.
