This sums up liberal stupidity quite succinctly. If you're opposed to using vandalism to spread a message, you must be opposed the message. I wish the mothership would come pick these drug-addled losers up already.

I would like to see the antiAmerican war (but decidedly pro-Palestinian war) movement protest the actions of Al Qaieda and their beloved “insurgents” AKA “freedom fighters” (and there have been protest signs saying “I support the insurgency” and Michael Moore’s own championing of their cause).
It isn’t a “peace” protest when you cheer one side of invaders (from Iran, Syria, Europe) and boo the other, telling them to “lay down their weapons and go home”.
SAC's motto was "Peace is our Profession" and when you looked at our "Peace" sign you recognized the nacelles and it was a planform of a B-52!!
We'll just declare peace and everything will be just OK. Only there is a catch. Everybody else will want a piece of us. Peace is probably the most idealistic and desirable goal there is. Peace is so much like freedom in it isn't free. It can't be a given. The enemy that pursues us believes peace to be ethereal and by that I mean peace is permissible only after death. I can't see why that little principle is not understood.

Don't forget, it was in Portland that protesters who broke away from the main protest group back in March, to burn a soldier in effigy and a flag, while one defecated on it, was written off as mere Rudeness.
Last weekend, for their annual senior prank, seniors at Wilson High School in Portland, Oregon removed hundreds of feet of sod, in the shape of a peace sign, from the school’s courtyard, replacing it with marigolds.

Very misleading headline, since the principal was merely demanding repair of an act of vandalism.
This is Oregon, folks. If the girl had substituted marijuana for marigolds, the peace symbol would be cool.
