EXACTLY my thoughts! We’re SO stupid on how to fix the situation.
Give us a bill that doesn’t require wasting lots of time and energy every 20 years. Give us a bill that makes babies born only to American mothers American citizens. Give us a bill whereby no person can marry more than one individual that will become an American citizen and only if they are qualified, etc. Close the loop holes and stop being wimps.
We should catch some and put em to work!

To add insult to injury while this nightmare act is being shoved down the throats of REAL Americans we were watching our President speaking about PROTECTING US from “TERROISTS”..........ahhhhhhh Mr President does leaving the borders WIDE OPEN allowing anything and anyone to sneak in including TERROISTS is this protecting us???
And what about our awesome military who are fighting to protect and serve our Country, isn’t it an insult to them to fight there so we will be safe here

We don’t need to deport them; just start checking/going after business, people will stop hiring them, then they’ll leave on their own.
Why is this complicated for some to understand?
Did you notice how the number of deportations *plummets* at 9/11? I guess Homeland Security's had other priorities.

Years ago when hiring standards were even less stringent my dad was working for the phone company at a construction sight. One day he got there and there was no work being done. They were shut down because INS had caught them and deported them.
He asked the owner if it was a problem and the guy said it would cause a delay of a couple of days, but the workers would be back in town before the officers that escorted them to the border.
2 days later the workers were back and the officers were still at the border.
How about also cracking down on (1)all gov workers, state and federal who provide them goods and services. (2) all banks who allow the Mexican Criminals to transfer their money back to ol’ Mexico??
Correcting these two, may do more to stem the tide, than just taking down the employers.

Jail every mothers son of em who doesn't comply with our list of checking standards ..,er,, uh, well, never mind that little error (heh heh) we, uh, have no standards for you to use, BUT THAT doesnt MATTER!, You should ANTICIPATE what we want! We will protect the liberty of the legal residents of America, I don't care if it takes jailing the whole populace to do so! You see, we are CONSERVATIVES. We only believe in state power to do GOOD, like jailing the guys who don't obey the laws we haven't passed! And if they don't obey, we will give MORE power to the state! A misguided suggestion.
Who deputized businesses anyway? You want the authorities to turn ordinary citizens into criminals while they let the criminals go free. What's next? Should we give the waitress who serves an illegal a cup of coffee ten years? If the police can identify businesses that employ illegals, it means they can identify the illegals. Why don't they just deport the illegals and leave the rest of us alone?
