I do not mean to be rude or unseeming on this thread....but I think they need mandatory drug and alcohol testing before addressing the Senate floor! Leahy and Kennedy BOTH sound sloshed!

(Section 604)This just lights me up. This they can identify as a crime? Someone lets you know that you are the victim of identity theft is a criminal? Who the hell are these Senators representing? Americans or Mexicans?
