We have not fought a "namby-pamby-pc" war. That is just flat out wrong. We have taken the fight to our enemies 24/7 throughout the ME, SE Asia and the Horn of Africa. We have been relentless. What we have accomplished to date is utterly amazing.

Agree with the rest of your post...and the PR aspect of this WOT has simply been forfeited since 04.

A WOT supporting 527 would go a long way to turning public opinion and re-energizing the will of the American public in a relatively short time frame.

“There will only be an election disaster if we roll over, stay home from the polls, and allow it to happen”.

With all due respect, you live in Massachusetts, and don’t have much, if any, credibility. If you lived anywhere in the free world, Hell, I would be eager to hear your opinion. Right now, even France is looking better than Massachusetts.

This guy is a Pubbie, who won both the Pubbie and 'Rat mayoral primaries in Hazleton, PA.

Write on: Barletta knocks Marsicano off ballot

He got most of the Pubbie and 'Rat votes in Hazleton.

This is not about party.

No balls
Wanting to please the leftists (why don’t they ever learn this gets them nowhwere)
Illegal immigration

Illegal immigration goes across party lines so much that I think BOTH parties will be in serious trouble come next year.

A fact I think Bloomingidiot out of New York is counting on.

As Rush said this morning... "I've said many times that there's an 80% chance that Hillary will be elected and now with this betrayal and loss of the party's base for 2008, I'm afraid we're doomed!"

I'm personally (SierraWasp) afraid things must get much worse, before they can get better. If we're given no quarter and no choice, them we must go the new party route and endure a couple of losses until we can put our OWN PARTY in power!!!

Without it, we'll just remain on hind teat forever!!!(just like the entire Repellican Party is here in CA with Schwartzenrenegger who lies down and wallows with Demonicrats)

I would have to say #15 and #16. I even used some of those terms when I wrote to my lovely Senator John Warner (rino, VA).

Did any of the 'immigration warriors' expect anything different when they stayed home from the polls in 2006 and allowed so many Repubs. to lose to a Democrat, when they knew the Democrat party is so hot to trot for amnesty? Did they expect the remaining Repubs. to have any sort of spine on the issue when they figured the voters wouldn't support them anyway?

So they shoulda gone to the polls & voted for who? Lindsey Graham? Arlen Spectre? George flippin Bush?

Bush Liberal Congress hasn't let the military finish the war and George W. Bush hasn't got the balls to stop their screwing around.

Fixed that for ya.

Well we haven’t lost yet, what needs to happen at the very least is some leading republican is going to have to take the slings and arrows of outrage over all of this.

Amnesty rather than enforcement is a huge mistake, as is this B$ promise to “secure the border” we heard that before in 1986, and it never happened, now we get a “Trust us” from our “leaders”?

All that will happen is some Rino or Hillocrat will come to power, and conveniently defund the fence, and that will be that, end of story.

And that is how we have been treated, like addled brained school children who should let them decide what happens because they (GAK I cannot believe I am posting this about Republicans)

“They know best”

Oh, for the heady days after the ‘94 election...we conservatives have supported the GOP, but the GOP has become less and less conservative. This will, indeed, lead to a disaster for the GOP but maybe not for conservatives in the long run assuming we can invest our political clout wisely.

Another reason: Failure to downsize the UN when it had a chance, and actually promoting passage of the Law of the Sea.

Walk down any street in the country and see if more than 1 out of the first 100 people you see have the foggiest idea what the "Law of the Sea" is.

"

Don't underestimate Hunter. He force fed the nation the Border fence bill with no cosponsors".

Duncan Hunter went to Bush this afternoon, and told him that THIS bill today actually cut his Border Fence in half, down to 370 miles.

He also told Bush that only two miles of the Border fence have been built.

He said the President looked surprised at that!?
