Somehow I have a feeling that there is going to be more grassroots effort on the part of Americans to defeat this. We need to send a strong signal to every senator that votes for this, that we will work actively to unseat them!
Not only that, we need to force them to enforce the laws. Many of the beneficiaries of illegal labor are big contributors to both parties. Money talks. If the government won’t enforce the laws we need to force local government and local citizens to become active. Sometimes embarrasing that neighbor restauranteur or ladnscaper who hires illegals may work just as well as handing out fines or putting them in hjail. Fliers posted to lamposts and trees. Two or three pickets in front of the business. It may even embarrass the government to act. We have no choice, if we step back one step they will walk all over you.
