Okay, this is from memory so it's just a summary:
Fred turns to the camera smoking a cuban cigar.
He tells Michael he's checked his schedule and and doesn't have time for him, but that Michael has other things to worry about. The last documentary maker that upset Castro was put in a mental institution and given electro-shock therapy.
Fred looks at the camera and says "A mental institution Michael, you might want to think about that."
