Couldn't the Canadian Authorities just send him on an extra long bungee dive of the Louis Hippolyte Lafontaine Bridge into the Lawrence River?

“He had reportedly been using the name Terry Wayne Kearns when Canadian authorities arrested him...”
And, yes, it’s That Middle Name again.

Thus far, THANK YOU, Canadian friends.

As long as Goldberg is not wanted on a charge which would result in a death sentence, Canada likely will extradite him.
One of the legal issues at the extradition hearing will be whether the punishment for the charges in the USA would be so onerous ( Canada has no capital punishment and will not extradite to countries that might impose it on an accused.) as to violate the accused's human rights.
So the lawyers will be arguing about the possible jeopardy Goldman will be exposed to if he is extradited, and Goldberg's lawyers will attempt to paint the jeopardy as violating his basic human rights.
Extradition proceedings for US murderers who have been in jail custody,or prison in Canada, have been refused in the past, and have been the cause of diplomatic spats between Canada and the US in the past.
Lets hope Goldberg is extradited quickly, or Bush and Harper will be talking about it next week in Ottawa.

"... just send him on an extra long bungee dive of the Louis Hippolyte Lafontaine Bridge into the Lawrence River?"
When it comes to extradition/deportation of deviant vermin like Goldberg as well as Military deserters claiming 'refugee' status, consider me firmly in the 'powerful, border-clearing catapult' camp.

He had reportedly been using the name Terry Wayne Kearns What an idiot... everyone knows that using Wayne as your middle name just screams felon. ;)
