I think the seriousness of the allegations call for a full congressional investigation. Somebody call Conyers or Waxman.

So if Kayne West can say that George Bush hates black people, it’s ok because he is a private citizen talking about a public figure.
But if a Freeper says that he heard a radio report stating that Howard Dean spoke with Gov Sebelius about the Kansas tornado, then he (and Freerepublic itself) gets a C&D from the DNC?
What a hoot! These are the same people who claim that Bush is presiding over the worst economy since Herbert Hoover and that 10,000 people were killed in the same tornado!

we demand that FreeRepublic immediately cease and desist from Further dissemination of the above quoted statements or any statements similar in substance OK, I, for one, am not going to say any more about how Howeird Dean called Gov. Sebelius and told her how to blame it on Bush and Iraq and Halliburton and Global warming and hanging chads.
I mean, why would I want to talk about how Howeird Dean called Gov. Sebelius and told her how to blame it on Bush and Iraq and Halliburton and Global warming and hanging chads?
Come to think of it, why would ANYBODY want to talk about how Howeird Dean called Gov. Sebelius and told her how to blame it on Bush and Iraq and Halliburton and Global warming and hanging chads?

Dems turn events such as the Kansas tornado into a political event. So what’s new? Why should anyone believe Dean or his lawyer?
To: rface
can you imagine the outrage if the RNC sent a letter to DU demanding that they cease and desist with all their crazy conspiracy theories.....

DNC chairman, Gov. Howard Dean called Gov Kathleen Sebelius (D-Kans) around 5:00am on the morning after a tornado destroyed the town of Greensburg, Kansas and discussed with her what to say about the tornado and how to blame the war in Iraq and the Bush administration on a slow response to the aftermath.
Pass it on!

Reporting what was said is just reporting... John Kerry said he went to Cambodia for Xmas and that was reported. Why is this different?
The question to be asked now for the record is have HoDo and Gov S had ANY conversations since the tornado and if so what did they discuss?
