Joseph E Sandler—
That must be a typo - it’s Joseph A. SLANDER.
Better subpoena all of the DNC's emails and written records too, just to be sure.
Joseph Sandler is a partner at Sandler, Reiff & Young and serves as general counsel to the Democratic National Committee . He was a member of the core legal team for the Gore Recount Committee. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Arent Fox, handling campaign finance and election law matters for Democratic national and state party organizations, members of Congress, candidates and campaigns.
Jim, I won’t be offended if you use the text in my #73 verbatim in your response to the DNC, assuming you even deign to give them one.
The C&D is still funny, though. Talk about drawing more attention to something that would've quickly died. Duh!
Joseph Sandler has a comb over
If Quinn said it, how could we NOT report the saying???
That’s some mighty big popcorn.

We demand that the DNC immediately cease and desist from “Fuehrer-like Intimidation”.
I think he inherited Trafficant’s hair.
I’ve heard Dean was a nancy boy.
/Just sayin’
The “C” is for Conservative, silly :)
—People died while Sebelius and Dean lied—
Yeah, 10,000 to be exact (Barack Hussein Dumbo Obama).
So now what?
BUMP!
Oooh that’s excellent. I think it would be great if a republican lawyer had the sack to put something like that in a letter.
Note to DNC: Sen Leahy has an important message from the Vice President for you.
Dear DNC -
Please prove that the following is “demonstrably, unequivocally and absolutely false”:
on the Quinn & Rose show on XM, co-host Quin stated that the DNC chairman, Gov. Howard Dean had called Gov Kathleen Sebelius (D-Kans) around 5:00am on morning after a tornado destroyed the town of Greensburg, Kansas and discussed with here what to say about the tornado and how to blame the war in Iraq and the Bush administration on a slow response to the aftermath.
If you cannot do so by noon, May 12, 2007 we here at the FreeRepublic will continue to exercise free speech. If you ARE able to do so by noon, May 12, 2007 we here at the FreeRepublic will continue to exercise free speech.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Freeper kidd
