Kansas Governor knowingly lied at behest of Howard Dean.
Quinn & Rose | 5/10/2007 | Jim Quinn

Posted on 05/10/2007 7:11:26 AM PDT by HamiltonJay

Quinn this morning alleges that Kanasas Governor launched her attacks, and continues to at the behest of Howard Dean and Dick Durbin..... He claims his sources informed him she is acting completely on their direction and knew and admitted full well to R Senator in Kansas what she was doing and that she was lying.

Take that for what its worth, but if its true, Kathleen should be out of office by the end of the day, as sould Dean and Durbin.... The bodies weren’t even cold.

Blanco is toast. She is not even going to try to run for reelection. Let’s hope this Kansas governor gets the same ‘bump’ in the polls.

I really can’t say, I know many in Wichita are brainwashed idiots but that doesn’t explain statewide.

I am a Rush 24/7 member. I will email Rush through my link if I can point to some published facts.

You may have to email Jim Quinn and see if he will put you in contact with his insider that told him this info. Jim said on the air that he would not name his contact publicly, but he may be willing to share it privately in order to get it higher visibility. You can reach him at quinn@warroom.com.

There is no published info on this. Quinn is a radio show host out of Pittsburgh who broke the story this morning on this show. He says he received this information from a source he knows (his own "Deep Throat") but wouldn't name who claims he got it from an anonymous source who was "in a position to know." Probably someone who works for Brownback but that is unconfirmed.

This comes from a Radio show the host is named Jim Quinn, his report comes from a source he claims to have. I am not aware of Brownbeck or The Governor speaking publicly on this matter as of this date.

Like I said, take it for what its worth. However if it is true, heads need to roll.

Blanco was told by the same to dither and dally in actions to Katrina so poor response could be blamed on Bush. One of the Freepers posted an article and i do believe it was Harry Reid who was in contact with her by phone.

Sebelius is the daughter of former Ohio governor John J. Gilligan

That explains it. She's genetically defective and predisposed to being a dem.

I think it’s showing that elected women officials don’t handle large-scale crisis as well as men. Crimony! Quit whining and blaming others! Roll-up your sleeves, rally the people, and get to work!

Pelosi donning that scarf for our enemies, Blanco looking for anyone to blame for her lack of immediate response to multiple warnings and now this ding-bat... makes me doubt female leadership abilities.

He then claims she called the R senator and apologized to him on the phone

I'd highly doubt that.

As did that other dumb Dem shill, Kathleen Blanco, after Katrina. These compassionate liberals view disaster and loss of life as opportunities to attack the President.

Why isn’t the Republican leadership out in front of cameras screaming “culture of corruption”?

Now the questions should be: “Did Barak O’bama claim 10,000 dead in the Kansas tornado at the direction of Howard Dean and Dick DurbinLaden?

She probably got elected in Kansas by lying about what she stood for.

Of course she did.

I think only one county in Kansas voted for Kerry. It’s a HUGE “red state” state. How/why did they elect a Democrat as Governer?

The liberal fools in the NE part of the state, where the majority of the population resides.

Well I'm from the Sunflower State, and I know BOTH Brownback AND Sebelius.....between the two of them, Sebelius, should never, ever be trusted to tell the truth.

She has worked with other major liars in KS as well as national (dims one and all) and has major connections through her father, former Ohio dim politician, and has plans to run against Senator Pat Roberts in '08.

Anything and everything she can do to tarnish any Republican in KS or most especially Pres. Bush, trust me, she'll do!!!

Should be, but won't. But, if true, I don't believe this sort of thing will go over well with Kansas voters. Make it an issue, tie local Dems to the radical National Dems and take them out. Kansas would be doing itself a favor and also the rest of the country. It would be a warning to Dem politicans, who care ONLY about getting re-elected.

Kerry carried Wyandotte county (Kansas City) by almost 2-1, and Douglas county (Lawrence) by a 4-3 ratio. Gore carried the same two counties (but just barely won in Douglas Co.--probably because of Nader siphoning away leftist votes). Kiowa Co., where Greensburg is the county seat, went for Bush by a 5-1 ratio over Kerry, and by almost as wide a margin in 2000.

Kansas was one of Bush's best states--in 2004 he got 736,456 votes there vs. 434,993 for Jean-Francois.

“I think it’s showing that elected women officials don’t handle large-scale crisis as well as men.”

***

Hmmph....I’m sure there are lots of men out there who can’t handle a crisis like this either. Mayor Noggin of NO for one — but I guess he gets a pass because he’s of a minority. No one wants to appear “racist.”

Besides, this isn’t so much about handling a crisis, but rather, more about having the honor and decency to not turn a tragedy (and the lives of those who perished) into a political statement.

I wish she had the spine to tell Dean and his accomplices to go jump in the lake (or something stronger).

I wish she had. Dean gave her the power to bring him down in flames. All she needed to do was tell the press what he and Durbin said (Preferably on tape), and Dean and Durbin would have been finished. Destroyed.

As it turns out, she shows herself to place her party above the citizens of her state.
