Rudy is the darling of a group called "Republicans for Choice." I would not be surprised if this type of group pushed Rudy to run for President after Roberts and Alito came to the SCOTUS.
The pro-death folks are sensing a shift in the country and they are trying to co-opt the Republican Party.
