The U.S. and Great Britain looked like old friends Monday. The queen of England is in Washington, D.C. A state dinner is set to take place but one person will be missing. Nevada senator Harry Reid decided to not accept his invitation, but many others will be there.
It was a day of high pomp and pageantry and the weather sparkled. The kind of day one would expect to welcome a queen. On the south lawn of the White House, 7,000 invited guests wore their best hats and best smiles for Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
"It is a moment to take stock of our present friendship, rights taking pleasure from its strengths while never taking these for granted," said Queen Elizabeth II.

O’Reilly is the only one I’ve seen to show the live footage. Nancy and hubby had no class. It was priceless.

I missed that story! What happened??First of all Pelosi thrusts out her hand at the Queen (a protocol no no, you ALWAYS wait to see if The Queen extends hers to you), then Pelosi starts yabbering 19 to the dozen as The Queen looks decidedly taken aback, in the course of all this Pelosi introduces he crooked husband, who grabs The Queen's hand while the Queen Nancy carries on and on..
Eventually, The Queen gets free from their grasp and moves quickly down the receiving line with a pained grimace on her face.

"The reality, of course, is different. Great Britain and the entire British Commonwealth of Nations are staunch and avid Allies with the USA in the 'Global War on Terror', a phrase that has become 'verboten' in the dimocRAT lexicon."
Done in a heavy British accent: By God Man, You've Got it!!
