Funny how she dashed off to be on his right for that frosty glare. The brit papers are more pathetic than the US media.

Oh please. Americans don’t stand on so much ceremony. She’s just a human being, not some kind of god.
sheesh.

In Seinfeld terms, clearly the Queen can only "go left" in the glare department, as she appears to have gotten the wink while on one side of Dubya, but walked all the way over to the other side of him to hit him with the glare.
NOT!

It's probably not even true, and it wouldn't matter if it was.

I guess she said....”we are not amused!”
I guess you get a bit stogy after sitting on the throne so long.

Odd that in the top photo Bush is giving queenie the wink while standing on her right then she presents the sour puss while standing on his right.....

She looks as though she may be smiling in the first photo. I can’t imagine how she could not.

Gee, this guy picked the wrong glare to publish. Notice in the second shot the queen is on Bush's right instead of his left? I notice he didn't mention the queen has only visited the United States (formally) during Republican administrations and never during the reign of a Democrat.

I found it to be humorous and in good taste. It seems as the Queen did too! Just another day for the MSM to make a mountain out of a molehill.

I hope her face doesn’t crack. My gosh, what a lot of rules to follow when in the presence of royalty! I’m glad we don’t have that stuff.

That is one UGLY hat.....other than that I thought they were adorable together. Bush is lots more fun than the stuffy Britts and I am sure the Queen enjoyed herself.

Some Brits, such as the writer of this article, still suffer sour grapes.
We told ya’ll what we actually thought of the monarchy in 1776. We haven’t changed.
When they visit, we play nice. All that monarch-subjects stuff may be fine for Britain. We don’t do it over here.
We won in 1776. Get over it.

When you've just made it sound like the Queen is more than 200 years old... You mean she's NOT more than 200 years old?

I think that the President was gently teasing the Queen and she actually liked it!!
To: COUNTrecount; All
After the blunder the President paused and turned to the Queen to acknowledge his gaffe, joking that she "gave me a look that only a mother could give a child." I thought it was a great recovery. These libs need to lighten up and get a life.
