Indeed, polygraphs don't work. For a thorough debunking, see
The Lie Behind the Lie Detector (1 mb PDF). Those insisting on polygraph Berger are making fools of themselves.
To: Brilliant
They don’t work on pathological liars. If the person truly believes the lie, the body does not change it’s response. Berger and the Clintoids are safe here.

"Whats the point? Polygraphs dont work." You're right- especially when they don't ask the questions everyone wants to know the answers to. Knowing the corrupt justice system, they will ask him things like- " do you have a dog?" "Is your car blue?"

Polygraphs dont work. Water board him. We may not learn anything but it would be fun.

"Whats the point? Polygraphs dont work."You're right. Let's just be good little Republicans and roll over again..... and again..... and again.... Prosecute a Democrat operative? Sorry, what were we thinking? Sorry, Master Clinton, we'll try not to let this happen again. How can we make this up to you? Throw a candidate overboard? Sure, who do you suggest?....

It all depends on the questions asked. If they simply ask, “Did you intend to steal documents?”, then Burglar can beat it. They need to ask the hard questions about why he stuffed documents into his pants and socks, why he didn’t consider using a copier, why he left them under a trailer, who was going to retrieve them, etc. Make Burglar sweat and he will be very, very nervous.
