Good for you - make em earn your vote.
I like that.
mY guess is he lies all the time.
Great link, thanks!
Oh goody. A journalist who can interview the comatose, provides facts to an author who holds face-to-face discussions across the Atlantic.
Thank goodness the Q was not here when the Slickster was in the WH. Most of his state dinners were awful. He even had tents set up on the lawn during his later years so he could invite hundreds of people. The Bushes have a very tasteful nite planned with only 125 guests.
Slight change of topic: The most outrageous question I heard from Matthews the other night was along the lines of: Would it be good for the country if Bill Clinton were in the WH again. Did he mean as first lady or as Prez? Why would anyone want an impeached Prez back in the WH in any capacity? Boggles my mind.
They are floating somewhere in the Potomac right next to Pelosi’s sweetheart minimum wage deal for StarKist and Franken-feinstiens war profiteering contracts for her husband...but slightly up stream from Reids sketchy land deal.
Good point. Me too.
mornin all and I smell a lieing thieving rat. It’s only 7 17 a m here so only a few minutes into Fat Timmy.
Folks,I’m as good as anyone at reading what’s said and how it’s said vs. the truth. Anyone notice the chemistry tween the fat one and Tenat ?........
Consider this.......Tenat was CIA.All knowing (of secrets
foreign AND domestic] yet he is taking an ass whuppin from Tim. He never gets his back up. Never loudly disputes fat Tim. Why ? Because this democrat in sheeps clothes is AFRAID of fat Tim..............How is that possible, what being ex- CIA.
Answer .......the Clinton’s. To me Tenat wrote a book and is facing fat Tim, et al as a distraction...a Joe Wilson type tool........Create the problem w/ Dubya via Tenant’s book and never look elsewhere.
OMG: The liberal guy on reliable sources says that Chris Matthews is balanced, he is not a lefty, but Brit Hume is so far to the right, he is a conservative front man. And now they are talking about the President being delusional? This liberal guy is as delusional as they get, saying Matthews is balanced.
BTW: Howie disagrees about the liberal’s opinion of Brit and says so outright.
I just switched over to Reliable Sources and although the Dem. guy, who I’ve never seen before, admitted that Chrissy’s questions were stupid he said the Dems are annoyed with Chrissy because they think he’s gone too far right. He thinks MSNBC is a credible news outlet but Fox just supports right-wing topics. That’s why the Dems. didn’t and shouldn’t debate on Fox. What in hell is he drinking?
The Dems have from the start created this false division between Iraq [the war of choice] and Afghanistan [the good war]. In reality, they are very similar. Afghanistan is never portrayed as being in a civil war, yet the folks trying to get back into power, the Taliban, are Afghans. Afghanistan and the Taliban did not attack us on 9/11. AQ is operating in Iraq and Afghanistan, and AQ has declared that Iraq is their central front against us.
Coalition casualties are increasing in Afghanistan yet even Bill Clinton is calling for more US and NATO troops in Afghanistan. The word surge is not used. There is no call for an exit strategy or timetable for "redeployment" from Afghanistan.
From a geopolitical standpoint, what happens in Iraq is far more important to our national interests than in Afghanistan, the Dems "War of Choice." The WH needs to do a better job of contrasting the Dems' positions on these two "wars," which are really part and parcel of the WOT. We can't let them have it both ways.
“What in hell is he drinking?”
Unfiltered bong water given to him from a basement dwelling member of DU.
The dirty dark secret Democrats will never admit is they believe there is never any reason for the US military to ever be used for anything that might remotely be in US NATIONAL INTERESTS
Well never having actually been elected to anything I will bow to your superior understanding of the process.
I guess I just don’t remember anything much being said about either Bill Clinton prior to 1992 nor GW Bush prior to 2000. Seems to me the ONLY people who are all hyped up about this are the hyper political junkies and the Drive By Media. Most people I talk to simply don’t care right now or are seriously irritated by the whole hype starting this far out.
I agree completely. Clinton sent us on every babysitting mission he could think of...and none of it did a thing towards protecting this country.
Excellent points, kabar.
Democrats and the MSM get it confused.
9/11 was linked to Al Qaida, but not to Iraq. Even though Iraq had links to Al Qaida that have been proven. Neither President Bush nor VP Chaney ever said otherwise.
