Old rumor and it has been debunked for a while. There was another joke website showing a “fetus” being chopped up, cooked, and being served in a Chinese restaurant. Don’t know the site and it was really gross.

I think it was rotten.com. This is about the fifth time I've seen this same story. But that's why it's called an urban legend.

You can make it even more convincing by saying, "Oh yeah? Well, my friend's friend's dog's aunt's college roommate just got back from China, and they saw this very thing occurring, so my anecdotal evidence makes the story true!" lol
