This Administration should have never listened to Powell and the State Department, who wanted to convince Germany, France and the UN. Totally unneccesairy circus.

I fault Tenet a lot less for missing out on the 9-11 attacks, than for many other things prior to and after it. But mostly I fault him for his lies and betrayals of the last few weeks.
