The Logan Act certainly applies to Pelosi and her actions.
The problem is, far too few politicians in D.C. don’t understand plain English.

In Pelosi’s case “Pride goeth before the fall”, sounds good to me. Isn’t she one of the criers of “Rule of Law”? HHMMMM wonder how she will respond to The Logan Act?

Boy, the Logan Act is CLEAR in its wording, even for us non-attorney “peasants”. If properly enforced, Nazi Pelosi goes to jail. Looks like the Magna Carta is dead once and for all. The laws only apply to peasants, not to our nobility.
I think this is the real reason they are going after AG Gonzales.
If he tries to prosecute Pelosi under the Logan Act, they will say it is all because of politics.
