The penalty for NOT carrying could be death.

What is the penalty for carrying in one of these
reality-free zones?

And someone planning multiple capital felonies
cares about a business policy just why?
(Other than as an invitation, that is)

YOu can’t just hear the perp thinking, “well I can’t go to the mall and murder people because they have a sign that says no firearms allowed and that would be against their rules”

Personally, I chose to discount the penalty and carry.

Carrying of a concealed firearm in a location specified in subdivisions 1) to (17) of subsection 20 of this section by any individual who holds concealed carry endorsement issued pursuant to this section shall not be a criminal act but may subject the person to denial to the premises or removal from the premises. If you refuse to leave after being asked and the police are called, you will be fined $100. Second such offense in 6 months is $200 fine and suspension of permit. Third offense in 12 months is $500 fine and loss of permit for 3 years.

Depends on the State. In mine all the business can do is tell you to take your gun out to your car and come back unarmed. If you don't comply they can trespass you, but they can't legally detain you for the trespass.

The Second Amendment could not be any clearer.

Henceforth, I will be carrying concealed in ALL public places.

All means all.

I reckon the gun grabbers know where they can put their un- constitutional laws.
