So why can the legislators pack a piece in the state capitol but I can’t?

Because the legislators wrote the law maybe.

Legislators have always written laws that exempt themselves from enforcement.

An easy way to spot a bad law is when legislators think it would be a bad idea if they had to follow it.

Can non-victims be injured?

It is Democratic Policy that there are no non-victims.

(Except rich Republicans)

“Police received several c.....alls from people who saw a man with a “long gun” at the mall, Sanders said. The gunman shot two people in the parking lot, killing them, then went inside the mall and fired more shots, Sanders said.

The mall, one of the city’s busiest shopping centers, was shut down and officers were going through each store, Sanders said.

Preliminary witness accounts gave conflicting accounts of exactly where the shootings occurred. Television video showed a window shot out at a Starbucks coffee shot but some witnesses said the shooting occurred around a Target store.....

And if it’s kept concealed, who’s to know. They would only ask you to leave if they saw it. I knew a guy with a concealed carry, he either wore shirts or a jacket that kept it concealed.

The problem comes if you ever need it and have to deal with the heat after the fact of breaking the law.

Did you hear Whorealdo on the VT campus proclaim that "apparently here in Virginia buying a handgun is as easy as buying a quart of milk"?

I emailed him with an appropriate response.

” Actually folks that kill a shooter/burglar/criminal are prosecuted all the time.
Never underestimate the stupidity and arrogance of a city-state-federal prosecutor.”

Some years ago we had an incident here in San Francisco where a fellow was riding his bicycle down Laguna St one evening. Three ‘yutes’ from a city down the peninsula tried to hijack him and knocked him down and off his bike. He came up blasting and ventilated 2 of them. Unfortunately it was only a .25cal and all 3 managed to get into their car and take off

As luck would have it though one of the ventilatees was driving and checked out wrecking the car. The cops arrived in due course to take reports and photos. The bicyclist had long took off on foot. The local PD tried for several weeks to have him come forward so they could just “talk” to him. He never did.

The up side was the 2 surviving “yutes” were sent to prison because of the fatality that occurred during the commission of a crime that they initiated. Ironically witnesses did say a 3rd party stole the bike before the cops arrived. The bicyclist apparently had no illusions about the DA’s office in San Francisco.

“Who cares if they allow it or not...good people need to have their weapons to deter mass shootings. No one’s going to prosecute a person who just saved of the lives of many possible victims.”

Yup...I’m so glad I live in Florida, where we have excellent “Castle Doctrine” laws that extend to “anywhere a person has a right to be”. Malls generally have signs that prohibit concealed weapons, but I ignore them. If my weapon is concealed, they will never know. If by some chance mall security notices I have a weapon, the most they can do is ask me to leave, and I would politely comply with that request. No need to bring unnecessary trouble on myself at that point.

"The suspect is said to have used an AK-47"

I doubt it. It was probably an SKS. When dumb asses see them, they think they are AK-47s. It's the same situation with the AR-15, when some clueless person calls them M-16s.

The Second Amendment could not be any clearer.

Henceforth, I will be carrying concealed in ALL public places.

All means all.

I reckon the gun grabbers know where they can put their un- constitutional laws.

If the owner of a business doesn’t want guns in their place, they can make that the policy and you can

supposed to work.

Flat BS.

Public places cannot deny entrance to blacks, gays, a specific gender, etc, and they damn sure are not goign to discriminate against me for exercising my Constitutional right to defend myself.

If they spot my weapon and don’t like it, I will leave, and will never patronize their store again.

I will also dump a bucketload of cash into sueing them for discrimination.

I may not win, but they won’t get off scot free either.

If they don’t notice I’m carrying, TS.

So again we have a cop who initially could have stopped the killer, but he Barney Fifed it and the guy not only got away, but was able to enter a MALL and shoot willy-nilly on the populace.

And we are supposed to give up our guns so these "defenders" can protect us?

BTW, my local police had no problem setting up a roadblock last night in my neighborhhod, forcing every car to pull over, asking personal questions like where are you coming from and where are you going, what is in your car, etc. Then they "protected" the city by isuuing citations for every possible offense, no matter how minor.

FOX 4 has confirmed that a suspect armed with a gun fired shots.

As opposed to the unarmed suspect firing shots, or unarmed suspect not firing shots.

... Or a man with no arms trying to do shots...
