Hey Rudy this tactic really worked out for the Republicans last election to keep control of congress didn’t it?!
___
Republicans were SCARED to use this tactic, (even though it’s true) and they lost.

Just like the last Democrat.
The major difference which Democrats don’t seem to grasp between the current GWOT and Vietnam is this time the enemy is real and wants to destroy the US.
Leave it to Democrats and their Democrat political games, don’t let reality tread on their stupidity. In the end, people don’t want to get blowed up, and will punish dearly those that get that part wrong.

Will losing this war on terror and adopting Sharia Law be less of a threat to our Constitution?

Didn’t the terrorists just say something similar (Hiroshima) about the UK?
I thought only the Dems were using Al-Quada talking points.

Hey if you want to play in the slime and gutter, I figured I’d join your pathetic uselessness.
Look, I can play the scorched earth game too like the rest of you SELFISH purists.

If any Republican is elected president - - and I think obviously I would be the best at this - - we will remain on offense and will anticipate what (the terrorists) will do and try to stop them before they do it, Giuliani said.
That may be one of the most ridiculously over-the-top, impossible campaign promises I have ever seen.
Republicans have no crystal ball with which to stop terrorist attacks.
Nevertheless, I'm glad he's making some effort to point out the cut-and-run strategy of the Rats.
The Democrats do not understand the full nature and scope of the terrorist war against us.
Giuliani is telling the truth here, and I hope the American voters listen for '08.

Can anyone credibly deny that electing a Republican president is vital to the ongoing war on radical Islam?
Electing a democrat would be disastrous.

That's an interesting statement. Do you care to expound upon it?

The major difference which Democrats dont seem to grasp between the current GWOT and Vietnam is this time the enemy is real and wants to destroy the US.
While the NVA may not have posed a direct threat to the US, the threat of communism was (and continues to be) every bit as real as islamofascism. The communists, too, wanted to destroy the US.

Don’t bother... the scorched earth SELFISH ‘my way or the democrat way’ purists demand that Rudy be eliminated as a possible president. Better to have hillary or obama... just like they ‘taught republicans a lesson’ in 2006. They know best.
Bring up his policies all you want, but the lame attacks using the same talking points (and pics) the NYT uses has me fed up.

Yawn.
If a limp-wristed nancy boy from Lawn Guyland who is ethically and mentally challenged to boot our main defense against Islam, then we might as well roll down the flag and surrender now.
Rudy doesn't cut the mustard. At best, he should be made ambassador to Togo or Kazakhstan.

“Look, I can play the scorched earth game...”
Please, you’re being really pathetic. I’ve never see an anti-liberal/Giuliani poster tell anyone to “go kill” themself. Most anti-Giuliani conservatives on this forum just post his own words, quotes and pictures. Yet that always seem to make the Rudymites on this forum wet themselves and throw a hissy fit. Why is that?

He said Americans would fight for freedom for women,
Half of the American babes who are murdered by Rooty's NARAL buddies are females. That's twenty-five million of them stripped of their pre-eminent inalienable God-given right since Roe.
the freedom of elections,
What a liar this guy is. He supported so-called "campaign finance reform," the biggest attack on the freedom of the American people to choose their leaders in this generation, or perhaps ever.
freedom of religion,
I believe that this man is completely irreligious, and that he and his people laugh at people of faith.
and the freedom of our economy.
Liberals always turn into tax and spenders and regulators no matter what they say on the campaign trail.
