In China, babies do not wear diapers. Boys and Girls both where a dress. They walk around and go whenenver they feel the need. It is reported that this speeds potty training because the children and better feel when they have to go as opposed to not caring if they spoil a diaper.

American Indian style: Pack them up in dried, ground up Buffalo Chips (Cow patties will do).

There is a reason that people have figured out what to do about the problem and that all civilized societies in the world use baby diapers: because civilized people know that the mess is unacceptable if they don’t use diapers.

If this envirowacko has his/her way, they will soon move on to adults and suggest the same thing for adults.

Now along comes an envirowacko and says that we should go back to the level of monkeys.

As my user name says, ...

Whoever wrote this article should have a full load dropped on their door step. Put a lit wad of toilet paper on top, ring the doorbell and watch them step in it.

Yes, all modern babies are equipped with a red Semaphore that pops up 10 seconds before the main event. They had them on the old VW Beetles too.

What happens with a baby strapped in a car seat on a long drive?

The people I know who do this are more likely to use diapers when they have to. Such as car trips. Where there are facilities available they will have the baby go diaperless.

It really isn't that difficult if someone has the time. My youngest was nine months old when I found out about this. I could tell when he was about to go and hold him over the toilet only because I figured it was better than messing the diaper if I knew he was about to (I didn't do it because of this movement or anything). He started to train himself a little bit once he started walking more. But, with five children I knew I couldn't pay that close attention to catch him every time, so used disposable diapers. He doesn't try to make it to the toilet unless he's running around in his little birthday suit.

Yes, that’s true.

But we should encourage them to keep taking.

That way, EVERYONE will know what their real program is.

Soon, everyone would realize that “green” done their way is literally a steaming pile of...well, baby dung.

(P.S.: Please note that many of the people on the Left making these wonderful suggestions are either childless by choice or have children long since grown. They cannot possibly realize (or have long since forgotten) how much urine and poop even one infant makes on a daily basis. If they did, they would never suggest such a thing.)

Wouldn’t work anyway. Our thatch huts would be in violation of building codes and zoning laws and quickly bulldozed down.

Noelle finally chose to go diaperless and looked to traditional cultures for inspiration. "How I longed for a simple, dirt-floored, baby-friendly hut like that of a Yequana family," he wrote.

I wonder if she longs for cholera and dysentery epidemics as well.

These are the maroons who are supposed to be dictating to us how to live "sustainably"? The rapid increase in human life expectancy over the last several centuries has come from modern hygiene at least as much as from modern medicine.

Then again, this might just be another attempt at population control.

I had both my kids in cloth diapers for the economy. I didn’t mind the laundry, especially with the savings over disposables. My then husband managed a bakery, and believe me- yeast, sour mix etc and bakery whites sometimes smell worse than baby poop and is harder to clean lol

My prediction is the idiots who think you can predict when your baby is going dump one, don’t have any children.

Noting many greens' opposition to flush toilets and now baby diapers, Bidinotto said environmentalists' have a "strange affinity for bodily wastes," and he believes they have become "obsessed with toilet issues."

LOL

especially when you’re in the process of changing them, take off the old smelly one and put on a new one and VOILA, they fill it up before you have the tape attached..then they look at you and smile..
