Yeah but if College Republicans hold a bake sale and drop prices for women, they get kicked off of campus.

Do you know of any woman who is being paid less than a man with the same job and the same experience?

Blacks and Hispanics are “underpaid”, too. I think this is unfair.

since it is permanent, it is a discriminatory tax on the Y-chromosome
making the group part of a conspiracy for sex-related discrimination. RICO?

Why don’t they just pay all of their employees the same?
To: Lorianne
On AVERAGE, women eat 27% less than men, so for the sake of “equality”, will they force feed the women 27% more food also?
To: Thebaddog
No, I’m just trying to amplify the stupid gesture.

Just more stupid liberal political correctness from a state that went fringe some time back.
These liberals would cannibalize their mothers if they thought their was a buck to be made.

I pretend to work and my company pretends to pay me.
I dunno whether I should ask for a raise or not.

What you do is to have a woman in the office order the food for the guys in the office and have her pick it up.

Aside from the fact that this is a pretty good publicity stunt, this story shows the economics illiteracy that runs rampant.

Don’t worry. Oregon is just going through another brief psychotic episode and this is just another symptom. We will soon continue our recovery and put stuff like this behind us.

Aside from the fact that this is a pretty good publicity stunt, I'm not so sure about that. If you were with a group of hungry guys, would you want to go to a place that gives you food and a lecture about how evil and unfair everything is, or just someplace that serves food?
Just the food for me please, and hold the whine.

Darn them rich evil white men.

My husband and I started out with the same state agency at the same time. Our jobs were comparable with responsibilities, etc; our pay band was the same- yet he started out higher than I did. That was with a Government agency too.

"Do you know of any woman who is being paid less than a man with the same job and the same experience?" Nope.
I wonder why the restaurant does'nt keep the prices for women patrons 23% cheaper year round? Would'nt that be a better reflection of their beliefs? Women, according to them, make 23% less year round, not just one day.
