Amen. For one thing, if this were the whole story, a company that hired ONLY women would get much more bang for the buck, and ought to cream any competitor with ease.

I don’t have any. The thing was that we were told during our orientation (that’s where we met) that we were all going to be started at the same pay level, which was the bottom of that pay band.

All of this begs the question:
How much do these restaurants pay THEIR women?
My wife says this is clearly unfair. As a homemaker she should get at least an 80% reduction.
Great! Next time I’m traveling through there I’ll have my wife pick up some discounted take-out for the two of us.
Will they charge gay male couples pay more then hetro couples?
