We do our Conservatives selves no favor by acting as nutty as the DBM. How many of us know Women friends that are in a situation like this with Basinger/Baldwin and they behave worse than the Father. We should not be a part of this child’s pain by further piling on her Father for his childish lapse in judgment, she needs her Daddy, such as he is.

I am not talking about that girly smile that is like a 14 year old that just one upped her Competition for the ring of the Football Player. The one where he is actually tickled by a non partisan type incident that is funny makes him look almost human. I do not watch that show anymore because Cal and Jim make me more angry than the Libs. You expect partisan stupidity from the Libs.

I too had read that he was abusive, but I also know Women that say such horrible things and hit their husbands it may be self defense. I am not saying that is the case here, it is obvious to all of us even without that nasty tape that Baldwin is always one rant away from Confinement to a mental ward.

I pictured it before I posted it, and I had Hitlery in a Black Pants suit style slicker, and John Edwards in an frilly bouffant attachment to the slicker just for his hair. LOL!

That is an excellent point, it is all about their egos, and the need to be loved by the masses. I really believe that Botox goes right to the gray matter, and turns not so bright but politically savvy People like Pelosi Galore into tone deaf, muck ups with a greed for higher Power.

If it was not for the groaning sounds when Timmah leans forward, and back or the nasty after breakfast belches and whatever sounds he emits, it would almost seem like you had the TV on mute. Right? Riiiiggght.......

Sunday morning talk show thread Honorable Mention awards for April 22^nd, 2007

I wish to say thank you to all and sundry on this thread this week for going easy on me.  We have something close to half our normal posts on this thread and I REALLY appreciate you folks being so considerate, considering... <g>.

However.... (you knew there was a "however") ... it also has made it even harder than normal to choose (you MUST be getting tired of me whining about that).  Anyway, these posts are important for me to point out to anyone reading the thread who might have missed them.  The selection of other posts to go onto the "top 10" this week may come down to either volume or my own prejudices, often tied to my familiarity with the poster.  The point here is that ALL of these posts are worthy of note, but the rules of the game are I'm supposed to pick out some to rank as "better" than others.  I have done that in the top 10 post to come in a few minutes, but know, as always, that all of the posts are worth reading.
