I would almost put this in the category of ‘can’t be helped’ (except if anybody withing 100 yards on that campus was armed). The guy was a whackjob, but not so much that he could have been locked away. Putting him into the liberal environment of a college campus only made things worse, and brought about the inevitable, especially after he observed how far away his personality was from average campus live (especially vis the females). What is being indicted in this article is the educational system and the feminist dominant social norms that screw up our young men over and over again by not allowing them the outlets to be young men.

There’s a lot of truth to that. Cho was an extreme example of what happens, but many young men have problems they should have if we weren’t living in such feminist-idealistic pc dorky times...IMHO, after seeing what the system has done to a lot of young men who no longer have the freedom to be fully male in positive ways, where people the popular culture looks up to are almost all dysfunctional entertainers and sports figures, and nobility of purpose is pretty much not inculturated anywhere.

There is truth to this.

Cho would have had problems anyway, but this is in part the price we pay for PC diversity demands.

Men need the freedom to be men, and respected for it.
