It's too bad nobody thought to have the USPS screen all ougoing mail for anything sent by Cho. If the video had been intercepted by postal inspectors, it would have never gotten in the possession of NBC. Surely someone must have recognized Cho in the line at the post office.

Well, I’m glad that they didn’t intercept it. That way, we got the actual footage to see what he was like. I want to see the *entire* transcript and all the video released — best to have it on a web site for anyone to access...
Besides, I don’t think you can just “intercept” mail on a whim. I think you have to get a court order. So, that would have been a bit longer of a process. I don’t think they were able to secure a court order for searching his room until much later.
