We need to let the leftist know what the real meaning of the 2nd Amendment is and know what we really think of this contemptable little, socialist weasel, Jack Ohman.

You can always tell a Leftist Loon you just can’t tell them anything that they’ll listen too other than agreement with their ideas.

Make everybody carry a gun and crazies like Cho wont come into a classroom with a bad attitude. The body count would be one and not thirty one.

All you have to do is change the gunmen to the founding fathers and put George Washington holding a flag in plac of Cho and you have a good cartoon.

The ironic thing is, had more not been done earlier to deal with the killer, his 2nd Amendment rights could have been infringed.

Wait till the state decides to start telling this moron what he can and can’t print and we’ll see how quickly he quotes the 2nd amendment.

exactly.

Cho wouldn't even walk into the classroom with his attitude, if he knew these young ladies would be there:

Yes, I was thinking the same thing, and I’m sure he would be cowering in his home waiting for real men to pick up arms and liberate him so he could write his ridiculous toons again.

Actually he bought the firearm illegally. He should have been reported as mentally ill but a judge decided not to do it, in other words it would have shown up on the background check and he wouldn’t have been able to get the guns from a gun store. Since he was mentally ill he actually bought the guns illegally because he failed to report this to the seller(yeah, I know.)The chances are, however, that he would just have bought them from some illegal source.

Here's another cartoon. Notice that those protecting the security of a free state, is depicted as a bunch of suspender wearing oafs showing crack. The militia is Lee H Oswald. The people are a punk with a sub gun, and "shall not be infringed", is being announced by a paranoid schizophrenic.

The object of the attack is a free people and their law. The people are completely demonized. In the other cartoon, the Justices were portrayed as having been influenced by religious concepts and morality. I don't see that as a bad thing. In this cartoon, the people who defend their right are being portrayed as killers, and psychotics. When the Church is protrayed in such a fashion, you'll have a point.

MSM reporters to police: "The inevitable question parents will be asking is, 'How could this have been prevented...?'"

The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference - they deserve a place of honor with all that's good.
-- George Washington

The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed.
--Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers at 184-188

To preserve liberty it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.
-- Richard Henry Lee

[A]rms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. ... Horrid mischief would ensue were [the law-abiding] deprived the use of them.
-- Thomas Paine

It is your responsibility to protect yourself and your family from criminals. If you rely on the government for protection, you are going to be at least disappointed and at worst injured or killed.
-- from A Message from the Sheriff on the back of a victims' rights pamphlet
by five-term San Miguel County Sheriff Bill Masters (L) of Telluride, Colorado

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms…disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
-- Thomas Jefferson, "Commonplace Book," 1774-1776,
quoting from On Crimes and Punishment, by criminologist Cesare Beccaria, 1764.
