Kennedy came over. And Sandra Day wasn't there, either.
Kennedy apparently was upset over being misled by the majority when he voted with them in Casey years ago.

“AP reporting 5-4 decision, Kennedy came over.”
Kennedy is standing at the edge of eternity and he took off his short vision spectacles. Perhaps he stared out in the distance and didn't’t like what he saw waiting for him on the other side.

Kennedy voted the same way the last time this issue was before the Court - only this time, the difference was made by Alito’s vote replacing (and differing from) O’Connor’s.

Kennedy came over It may be unanswerable, but why?
What a great decision! The majority will sleep well tonight, while the ghouls will be tossing in their sleep.
