Watching at home during lunch hour. A couple of notes. The event started late. Apparently the President and others were meeting with survivors and family of those lost. Second, the applause that greeted the president of the university was sustained and he finally got them to stop with word like it would be hard to continue. I interpret this that they wanted him to know that they did not blame him for his actions. Now the VA governor is up. He is more of a preacher here than a politician, quoting the bible and Christ’s words on the cross; very impressive IMO.

He sounds like he is at a campaign stop...and now the ovation...
I am thinking this is too solemn for that kind of speech.

So, let me see, after a horrific tragedy, the MSM deems it OK for the Gov to reference Scripture (The Truth) and air the show / event?
Hmmm....just wish people wouldn't forget God so easily when their lives are going well.
