I can agree with some of what Lowry, an incompetent writer and an incompetent conservative spokesperson, has written here. Shumer is not crazy. He’s super assertive (some people may have another word) and the Bush administration has yet to stand up to him and tell him it’s none of your business why we fired Carol Lamm or anyone else. The control is the Senate has to concur on new US Attorneys and you get to elect a new President every four years. Shumer pushes and if you let him get away with it, he keeps pushing.
