What they ought to do is get the NRA in there to introduce some courses in target shootng and gun safety.

This does not have to happen at this level of magnitude if citizens are armed.

I have Rush on his site but I recent WABC TV trying to get on radio everychance they get....

Times around elections etc I wanted to hear the ABC host not those liberal bums from TV and they would take over the air waves because they had the clout!

Hitlery vs...
...Rudy: Hitlery wins because I voted third party.
...McCain: Hitlery wins because I voted third party.
...Mitt Romney: Hitlery wins because most moderates believe the DBM hype that he will turn everyone into polygamists.
...Hunter: Hunter wins because a majority of the USA voters come tot heir senses.

Good time for a reminder. There were two reasons the Nazis decided not to invade Switzerland during WWII. First was that the terrain is extremely mountainous, so it would have been very difficult logistically.

Second was the fact that by law every Swiss male age 21 and up is required to own and be proficient with firearms. Shooting contests form pleasant family outings in Switzerland to this day. Adult women and teenage boys, though not required to own firearms, tend to be crack shots as well.

An armed society is a polite society--and very hard to conquer.

I just saw that the death count went up to 32!!

Ironic and sad that this is “the worst shooting of this sort in American history” according to ED Hill on Fox News...

However, the Iraqi people live with losing 32 people at a time every day...sometimes 2-3 times a day!!!

But, of course the Dems want us to surrender to the terrorists so they can continue doing that..

We can bitch and moan...but when a mass killing like this one today is considered “the worst” in history...we live in a darn great country...

Why do we have laws against murder, since it occurs anyway? The point is that we have to have someone at the top that espouses the principal that abortion is killing a life, even if we all know abortion is going to happen anyway.

If you are relying on a political figure or any law to determine what is moral or immoral, you can be led astray. We place too much emphasis on how POLITICIANS want us to morally act. IMO, the Lord has told me most of what I need to know in 10 simple statements. If I follow those, I figure I am doing pretty good, no matter who is elected President.

One of my lessons that I have lived by: Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's moral.

But I do agree with you. Having a person in a position like the Presidency with a complete pro-life stance could sway public opinion.
