OK, well while I thank you all for the history lesson, I’m actually well aware that the “religion of peace” is responsible for quite a few atrocities. I know that it was not reported initially that the Utah shooter was a Muslim. I know it’s a post 9-11 world. I know all of that. I certainly didn’t defend anybody in this case, and I don’t appreciate irrational insults thrown at me with no basis.
What I did say was that plenty of people here seem to automatically assume that the perpetrators of any crime like this are Muslims. While there is a statistically high probability that a terrorist act these days will be committed by Muslims, there is no real evidence in this case that the perpetrator was either a Muslim or religiously motivated. Of course, that could still come out - the authorities in Blacksburg don’t really seem to know a damn thing. The point is you lose credibility when you make assumptions and connect dots when there are none - much like the 9/11 conspiracy nutjobs.
I read that. I’m unsure of what he meant exactly. If this site is the killers then the hoax would entail someone breaking into the site and posting that message. It doesn’t pass the smell test.

I’m not interested in his ethnicity. I want to know what religion he practices. That will tell us more than anything else at this point.
Basically the report is the perp was Asian, and approximately 5 fee 9 inches tall. This, on Japanese news, picking up news reports in the US.

The bar has really been lowered on WMD’s over the past 10 years...I read about some kid out in the sticks who stuck some smokeless powder in a toilet paper tube and shoved a fuse in it and was charged with possessing a WMD or something moronic like that.
